1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aigility ("Aigility", "we", "us", or "our"), available at https://www.useaigility.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Aigility is a software-as-a-service platform for real estate professionals that includes tools for creating, scheduling, and publishing video content to TikTok through TikTok's official APIs — specifically TikTok Login Kit (for account authentication) and the TikTok Content Posting API (for publishing content to your own TikTok profile).

3. TikTok Integration & User Authorization

By connecting your TikTok account to Aigility, you grant Aigility permission to access the basic profile data and publishing capabilities you explicitly approve on TikTok's official authorization screen. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Aigility will publish video content to your TikTok profile only when you explicitly initiate and authorize each post. Aigility does not post automatically or without your direct instruction.
  • Your OAuth access tokens are stored securely and encrypted, as described in our Privacy Policy, and are used exclusively to perform the actions you request.
  • You may revoke Aigility's access to your TikTok account at any time, either from your Aigility settings or directly within the TikTok app (Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services). Upon revocation, our access tokens become invalid and are permanently deleted from our servers.
  • Your use of TikTok through Aigility remains subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. User Content & Responsibilities

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through Aigility. You are solely responsible for the content you publish to TikTok via our service, and you represent and warrant that your content: (a) complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and applicable music and intellectual property usage rules; (b) does not infringe the rights of any third party; (c) does not contain spam, misleading material, or unlawful content; and (d) complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising and real estate marketing rules in your jurisdiction.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Aigility to:

  • Publish spam, repetitive, deceptive, or artificially amplified content to TikTok;
  • Circumvent, probe, or abuse TikTok's APIs, rate limits, or security mechanisms;
  • Access or attempt to access TikTok accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage;
  • Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or TikTok's policies.

6. Account Termination & Data Deletion

You may stop using Aigility and disconnect your TikTok account at any time. Upon disconnection, revocation, or account deletion, all TikTok OAuth tokens associated with your account are permanently deleted from our servers, and you may request permanent deletion of all remaining personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Aigility is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Aigility is an independent product and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or certified by TikTok beyond its use of TikTok's official developer APIs. We are not responsible for actions taken by TikTok regarding your account or content, including removal, restriction, or moderation decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
